Our Repair Process

From Damaged To Delivered.

No mystery. No surprises. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you walk in for an estimate to the moment you drive out with the keys in hand.

Step One About 30 Minutes

The Free Estimate

Schedule online or walk in. A certified estimator inspects the damage, photographs it from multiple angles, and walks you through what they see — in plain English, not insurance jargon.

You leave with a written estimate, a clear timeline, and zero pressure to commit. No deposit. No paperwork. The estimate is yours to compare, share with your insurance, or sit on for a few days.

  • Free, no-pressure damage assessment
  • Walk-around with you to explain every line item
  • Photographs documented for insurance submission
  • Realistic repair timeline based on damage and parts availability

Step Two 1–3 Business Days

Insurance Coordination

This is where most people get lost. Not here. We work directly with every major insurance carrier and handle the paperwork, photos, supplements, and follow-up calls on your behalf.

If the insurance estimate misses something we find, we negotiate the supplement directly with the adjuster — so the repair gets done right, not just done cheap.

  • We work with every major insurance carrier
  • Direct communication with your adjuster
  • Supplement claims handled on your behalf
  • You stay informed without doing the legwork

Step Three 1–2 Days

Disassembly & Inspection

Surface damage is what your insurance adjuster sees in 10 minutes. The real story is underneath. Once parts come off, our certified technicians inspect for hidden damage — bent structural components, fluid leaks, internal sensor faults.

Computer-measured frame and unibody scanning catches anything that’s millimeters out of factory spec. If we find more damage than the original estimate, we file a supplement before any repair work begins — so you never get a surprise bill.

  • Damaged panels removed for full inspection
  • Computer-measured frame and structural scan
  • Hidden damage documented and photographed
  • Supplement filed with insurance if additional repairs needed

Step Four 3–10 Days

Certified Repair & Paint

This is where craftsmanship meets factory specification. Structural repairs come first — frame straightening, panel replacement, welding to OEM weld diagrams. Then refinishing: prep, primer, computerized color match, base coat, clear coat, and bake.

For the brands we’re factory certified for, every step follows the manufacturer’s documented procedure. For every other vehicle, we apply the same standard. There’s no shortcut version of doing this right.

  • OEM parts installed using factory procedures
  • Structural repairs welded to manufacturer specifications
  • Computerized paint match for seamless color blending
  • Factory-grade clear coat baked for durability

Step Five Half Day

Reassembly & Quality Check

Reassembly happens with the same care as disassembly — torqued to spec, clipped, sealed, gasketed. Then a multi-point inspection: panel gaps, paint depth, electrical systems, alignment, road test.

Modern vehicles need more than a wrench. ADAS sensors get re-calibrated to factory tolerances — lane keep assist, adaptive cruise, automatic braking — so your vehicle’s safety systems work the way they did the day it left the factory.

  • Multi-point quality inspection before delivery
  • ADAS re-calibration on equipped vehicles
  • Road test to verify drivability and alignment
  • Final detail and wash before pickup

Step Six 30 Minutes

Pickup & Delivery

You walk through the repair with us — every panel, every line. We show you the work, hand you the keys, and explain your lifetime workmanship warranty.

If anything isn’t right when you see it, we fix it before you leave. If something comes up later, you have a number to call and a name to ask for. That’s the difference between a body shop and a family-owned collision center that’s been doing this for 40 years.

  • Walk-through review of completed work
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty explained
  • Direct contact for any post-repair questions
  • Vehicle returned washed and ready to drive

Our Promise

You’ll Always Know What’s Happening.

The single biggest complaint people have about body shops? Silence. They drop their car off and disappear into a void.

That’s not how we do it. We tell you what we know, when we know it.

Status Updates

Regular Check-Ins

Updates by phone, text, or email — your choice. You won’t have to chase us for status.

Real People

One Point Of Contact

You get a name and a direct number. Same advisor from drop-off to pickup.

No Surprises

Approval Before Extras

If we find additional damage, we tell you and your insurance before any extra work starts.

Honest Timelines

Realistic Estimates

If parts are delayed, we tell you. We’d rather be honest about a timeline than make a promise we can’t keep.

Process Questions

What Most People Ask

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment online or by phone gets you in faster and lets us assign a specific advisor. Most estimates take about 30 minutes start to finish.
What if my insurance estimate is lower than yours?
It happens often. Insurance adjusters work fast and miss things — especially hidden damage. We negotiate supplements directly with your insurance company on your behalf, with photo evidence and OEM repair documentation. You don’t have to fight that battle yourself.
Can I get updates while my car is in the shop?
Yes — and you don’t have to ask for them. We send proactive updates by your preferred method (call, text, or email) at every major milestone. You’ll also have direct contact info for your assigned advisor.
What happens if you find more damage than expected?
We pause, document the additional damage with photos, and file a supplement with your insurance carrier before any extra work begins. Nothing gets repaired beyond the original estimate without your approval and your insurance’s authorization.
Do you offer rentals or loaners during the repair?
We coordinate rental car arrangements with your insurance carrier and major rental partners. Most insurance policies include rental coverage for the duration of an at-fault repair — we’ll walk you through what’s covered when you drop off your vehicle.
What’s covered by your warranty?
Workmanship is covered for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle. Refinish (paint) work carries a lifetime warranty against peeling, fading, or defects under normal use. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We document everything in writing at delivery.
